Things To Consider When Ordering!
1. Please do not count the day your product ships out as Day 1.
2. Your product ships out on Tuesday, Count Wednesday as Day 1.
3. If you order 2 Day Air after 3pm on a Wednesday, your package will NOT be delivered until Monday or Tuesday of the next week.
4. If you order 3 Day Air after 3pm on a Tuesday, your package will not be delivered until Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday of the next week
5. If you order after 3pm Pacific Time, your order will NOT go out untill the next business day.
6. Please order two weeks in advance during holidays, UPS delays are not refundable due to increased package flow and weather conditions.
7. Our Business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm PST. We will try our best to be on schedule, but we can not guarantee it.
